^^^^^^ This is how I usually sketch it, and then I look at images of muscle anatomy. This should eventually come by memory, but until then.

thanks a lot man ill be sure to try and study some more anatomy, because I'm really unprofessional with my drawing technique (I don't even start with a base scetch or anything, i just draw)

I try to build the body as a whole, rather than stick and marbles.

A good supply of references do come in handy as well.
