ooooooh~! I see~! so you are too^^

well for this one (since it's darn too simple XD ) I only used Paint Tool SAI (to draw the frames) and Adobe ImageReady CS2 (for animating)

though normally, you can use Photoshop for drawing the frames too^^ Meow :3 Meow :3 Meow :3 Meow :3 Meow :3 Horns Horns Horns Horns Horns

also you can animate in photoshop CS3/CS4 since in that version, ImageReady is combined w/ photoshop itself^^ (though for me, It's still convenient using ImageReady separately, LOL)

and oh btw, I used a pen tablet for drawing the frames XD
