I'm not really sure that I do, but if I had to really think about it I'd probably say Janeway. There's something about the psychotic ones with gravity-defying hair.

Lol! There's a lot more defiance of gravity if you consider 7 of 9. Seven, Kneelix and The Doctor are probably my favourites. But I like the fact that Voyager's captain, is a woman.

Come to think of it, I always quite liked the Doctor, too. It's just a pity they tried to develop so many new personality traits in him and pretty much forgot about the whole "I want a name" subplot.
(Similarly, I <3'd his rapport with Kes in the early seasons before they tried unsuccessfully to turn her into the ship's Barbie Doll and ultimately wrote her out.)

Well, they kept that subplot, it just became quiet for a while. If that's all they focused on, the Doctor would be a very shallow character. Hehe, my sister's watching Voyager on TV right now.
Kes doesn't look like a Barbie Doll though, she's too cute and short (not to mention more complex).

Oh, I agree that they needed to expand on a few more of his personality traits, but I wasn't too fond of the way it was reduced from a major part of his character to little more than a snide in-joke every other season.
And Kes was cute until they stuck her in a catsuit and ditched the hairpiece. That, IMO, was a big no-no
