I see that you've been busy digging out some clay am I not wrong? And since you've done the clay works as a grand combination of both Seasons 2 to 3, I truly hate to annoy but, where do you think this could go if interested, besides possibly deciding on placing it on the RWS Wellsworth Route if possible?
Β
Besides not bad resemblance if I do say so myself...

I actually want to include this set in my TVS route. I'm always heading for the direction to include as many RWS sets as possible, if they fit in the TVS route of course.

I see..., not a bad answer, but I was actually on about the RWS Wellsworth you had been working on for some time now. I was just wondering when it will be released, that's all. But not a bad theory on where you think an RWS Set could go in a TVS Route though.

Oh yes... about that. I haven't touched the RWS Wellsworth route for a long time actually. I probably might stop working on it since it's a bit dated. I might do a V2 of it, but that's a big might since I'm currently focused on getting TVS classic series sets done first.

Oh..., sorry about that... But I understand...
And perhaps maybe to help with planning this V2, I may have some useful pictures for future use of reference despite you already looking at the illustrations when that time comes after the Classic TVS Sets:

I may have a theory that since the track leading to Edward's branch is spotted just near Gordon's Hill and after Wellsworth, I believe that the track after diverting follows the mainline for a short time till it curves away from the hill as seen in these 'Trevor Helps Out' illustrations. And Crock's Scrapyard (being near the station as in possibly the yard) I believe would have been built and opened sometime during either the 30s or 40s.

KaneTakerfan701 [2019-05-18 15:22:12 +0000 UTC]
Hello. I've had so much fun with the MSR route you started and it's perfect with how you began on it.
Plus Thomas's branchline is amazing! since most of it is done since you've gone as far as Dryaw station (the first stop of the line). If I am correct you've only got to make the last leg of it to where it's connected to the mainline where it reaches Elsbridge. I wonder if that's all you have to do with it when you do get back to it?

thomastugsfan In reply to KaneTakerfan701 [2019-05-18 19:38:25 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, that's the last part that needs to be done.

I will admit your take on Thomas' branch line is the best ever put together.
again, let me know when it's done since I've had a few tests on the line with the models and it's just a stunning beauty.

The only thing I have trouble with is theΒ track since the UK woodbulk or whatever it's called is not working correctly when I went back to give another test with one of the models.

I see you've been busy ever since the little western bridge I can tell. I must say these new routes and updates are probably near the release button by now. speaking of which, I wish to know when the final part of the Culdee Fell Mountain railway will come, because there's a few things I wish to give a non violent complaint about: when I look from perfectly good angles, especially the summit I notice from both sides the lack of a baseboard. so I must ask, can't you just fill in the blank spots please, because I have a fearful feeling that looking at a view with a corner in it wouldn't at all look realistic when enjoying the view anyway.
If you do add the next part of the line, will you make it look like a real mountain view?

Oh yeah I was also thinking about doing that. If I get to do the Culdee Fell again, I will do that. But just bear in mind that I have been busy during this time so I was not able to do that much with my routes. They are all still WIPs so far.

I see..., but not bad on updating Wellsworth with the town and all! And you said it was a one baseboard route right, or am I mistaken?
π: 0 β©: 1
thomastugsfan In reply to Kaxman5735 [2019-05-18 19:36:50 +0000 UTC]
Thanks. And it will actually be a two baseboard route, given that the station and its yards are long.

Kaxman5735 In reply to thomastugsfan [2019-05-18 23:58:23 +0000 UTC]
Not bad, I can tell judging from the size of the town and all. And I'm pleased you made just like on the map, because it was mentioned asΒ a town located near Sodor's south coast, at the northern end of a peninsula.
Also behind the timber fence on the south side of the yard, I noticed piles of scrap metal nearby the church, which makes me both remember and wonder if I'm correct: Could that be Crock's Scrapyard at all?

thomastugsfan In reply to Kaxman5735 [2019-05-19 00:09:07 +0000 UTC]
Yes. That is Crock's Scrapyard. In the illustration it is seen next to the yard.

thomastugsfan In reply to Kaxman5735 [2019-02-21 00:59:39 +0000 UTC]
The cutting is located along the goods line after the goods station if you come from Ffarquhar. After that it will be the place seen in "Woolly Bear" with Percy and the hay.

Maybe this might help?

thomastugsfan In reply to Kaxman5735 [2019-02-15 22:25:59 +0000 UTC]
I actually didn't put any road bridge there since that is supposed to be the location of Crowe's Farm Crossing as stated in the TIOS book. I did put "Bertie's Bridge" below the mines junction, but the intro bridge will still be between Knapford and Tidmouth.
π: 0 β©: 1
Kaxman5735 In reply to thomastugsfan [2019-02-15 22:57:10 +0000 UTC]
I wasn't talking about the map, I was on about the track layout! True you know what you're doing, and I understand what should be where, but can you not see that when he leaves the big station, I think Thomas went to a smaller junction, making both it and the one at Toryreck, a three way Junction. Gordon will have used that as well to rescue the tank engine. Does that make sense now?
π: 0 β©: 1
thomastugsfan In reply to Kaxman5735 [2019-02-16 17:09:42 +0000 UTC]
It is possible that there is a three way junction, but there's not enough proof for it. I would say there is, but it won't be in my route, at least for now.Β
