Your anatomy and proportions are off. I don't know if you have taken any art/design courses post secondary school, but if not you are picking up very well on the spatial aspects of a drawing as well as composition. If you have had any post secondary courses in art/design you should spend more time in life drawing classes. If you are drawing from a reference stop, you will become a better artist working from nature or your mind

many, and I do mean many, people, artists, who are great at what they do, never had any instruction.
