I really should >.< I'd have more if I had an oekaki to go to that worked right and stuff. As it is, I just hardly have time for art these days, and it makes me sad.

That being said, I am working on some images of my friends and I... If I ever finish them, I'll post them.

Awww I wish I had an oekaki I could suggest, but I'm searching for an active working one too.

;^; I wish you had more time for art...I know just how you feel though >< the urge is always there, but not the opportunity!! it's a bit depressing T^T I feel like something valuable has been lost

Well, I've been workin on improving constantly these past years. Lookin back, I sure have grown a lot from when I was at oekakies(I was around 11 years old then, and now I just barely turned 17! Time goes by fast...).

I remember when I first started the oekakies(I was so immature just thinkin about it! ) and I got mad this one time. You commented and I don't remember what you said, but I didn't like it and we kinda got into a fight. We were cool after that, but that's one moment I recall that may probably jog your memory. Does it help you remember at all, by any chance?

I started on oekakies when I was 13 or so... I don't remember how old I was at the time, but I was probably pretty immature too. I'm 23 now, and I wish I could find a good oekaki to draw on now. I have PSP, but sometimes I just want the simplicity of the bezier curves that work the way oekaki ones do. Figuring out how to use all the tools in these other programs is annoying sometimes--haha.

Wow, oekakies have been around for that long? I didn't even know!

I would like to find a good oekaki that I'd regularly go on as well. All these different digital programs are pretty annoying to figure out, I agree.

The easiest one I found was Easy PaintTool SAI. It's simple, yet the things people have done with it are amazing! It's known mainly for its clean line art and beautiful quality in your pictures when you use it.

As for programs very similar to PS, there's GIMP, which is free, but you probably already know that. I still need to learn it, though. And I really wish I had a tablet...for that would make my life easier.XD

Yeah, they have They have changed and improved though. GIMP is nice but sometimes, for whatever reason, it has issues with my tablet.
