I have a horrible memory about whose work I added to my favorites, so I do apologize for not remembering what it was, but I am sure it was definitely worth it :>

kind of redundant listing .308, .300 and 7.62 as just plain numbers.
7.62mm diameter is thirty caliber. But you probably no that.
The shell thing refers to the user interface not cartridges..

There I changed it just for you, I almost forgot that 300 win mag and 7.62 were pretty much the same, thanks for reminding me

Tatsumi67 In reply to thebbqspecial [2010-07-19 22:06:34 +0000 UTC]
no they are not the same. "7.62" just means thirty cal, thats only one measurement.
I've shot
7.62x51 NATO
7.62x54R
7.62x25mm Tokarev
7.62x39mm [commie block]
and there are plenty more I have not shot, but they all handle differently, for different guns, my point is saying 7.62 by itself does not say much.

I've actually heard that in many ways the older 1 and 2 are better in terms of in game detail.

What does this have to do with a game? firearms are serious business, nothing to do with games.

I see you have misunderstood me, let me reword this. The rounds are very similar, (you can't deny that) which is what I was implying, of course they are different otherwise they would just be another variation of 7.62, they have their own grain, ballistics, etc. As far as shooting 7.62, I've only put rounds down range with a 240 Golf mg that used the NATO variant. (the co-ax gun on a tank for us 19Kilo guys) As far as what I have on my profile, well, it's....how can I put this nicely...my profile.

actually I can deny that because they are all loaded different but this is a pointless arguement as I get what you meant anyway.
I look forward to some pics.

Hey, advice artist to artist, for your art, it's good to work with plain paper, not lined.
If you have the money go out and buy a sketchbook.
And if you're using a camera, go outside and take pictures of it in the sun, it gets better quality pictures and shows more details you put into your work.

WOT!?! howsa bout I put you on lined paper?! -_O (JK :>) Actually the best idea would probably be for me to stop being lazy and just buy a laptop and scanner XD as for the lined paper, if I have an idea I am really fond of, I,ll put it in my sketchbook, but I just have so many empty notebooks lying around that need love and attention :<
