It was not my art that was stolen but rather the images of two rather well know cosplayers; the thief who goes by the two names MischiefMonster & TheMischiefMonster has actually stated she took the images and manipulated them by changing skin color and such so that they are unrecognizable when they really were obviously by those two artists.  She has since started to cry out that she is a victim of cyber bullying and is trying to take a stand against it because she got caught, told she was in the wrong, and reported several hundred times for the theft of the images.
Thankfully I am such a crap artist no one steals it and claims it at their own. But that girl has irked the wrong people on the wrong site, for fraks sake this is the second time she's been caught and even stated she would upload the pictures again once everything has settled down.

Somebody in charge of the site should keep an eye on her then if she keeps acting like a twit. :I
I've had experience almost like what you've said here. I play this online game called Feralheart, and sadly there's a lot of idiotic little twits there too.
Some of which (poorly) copy my characters, and then I report them, which is rather fun.
I tell them they've been reported and then they're like "MOOOOOOOOOOOOM! TERES A HACKER1111"
I mean really <.<

I think it's hilarious what she is doing, she's even trying to get the Actor Tom Hiddleston to support her cause; because of the two artists she stole from was on his list of people he NEEDED to meet at a Thor 2 showing in Germany (if I remember all the details correctly). 
Oh character theft, I have had that. I roleplayed a space-ship captain by the name of Wolf Starhawk, she was a jack of all trade type character who dabbled in a little of everything. The mid-2000's saw the creation of a videogame called Starhawk with a MALE captain who in development was called Wolf. I created her in the late 90's so to see her reborn as a male in a game, I got pissed but since I no longer had the computer files with the dates to show that was my intellectual property they got away with it.  I stopped public gaming after that.

It was cool but so very annoying as I was drawing storyboards for a game of my own based on the RP's Wolf was first created for, I had been planning to go into game design in college but dropped it to be a mortician.
but now my parents are constantly telling me to copyright my art.
It's whatever, I'm a crap artist and if they steal it they steal it.

I know, I just remember you telling me about it <3 I've just introduced the gf to it and she's avidly reading it.

I did throw together a Ville costume in the end, and tonight we are filming the beginning of a fan music video for them. Oooh, cannot wait to see pyramid head and the nurse <3 Silent hill costumes are so awesome.
