As a subscribing member of this site, I am amazed you would even say this. Your 'friend' violated the Policy Agreement. The one that BOTH of you agreed to follow when you signed up. You are subject to it's rules as anyone else.
I don't really care if someone is a good artist or a bad artist. That doesn't make them above the Terms and Conditions of the Policy Agreement. He has a 24 HOUR BAN. It's a warning, yet you seem to be making this personal. Me? I am doing my job of upholding the policy. Nothing more.
Now, if you should see someone in violation of the Policy, please do as anyone else on this site should do and has done, report it to the HelpDesk in a mature and orderly fashion and it will be dealt with in turn.
