True, but (yes yes i know excuses, excuses BUT) he said that he was gonna put credit the morning he got hacked, he was going to put credit... I think it was mainly cause the night before, I showed him a website that had taken a picture that I had thought belonged to him, but it was really from his aunt, and put credit to themselves. I'm pretty sure he felt bad about that and wanted to put credit... but then he got hacked >.>

He also said he didn't block any comments, so i'm pretty sure that's the hacker's doing... Evan's too nice to block comments X.x he even told me he wouldn't do it cause it's rude.

As i said to the other person, you can choose to believe me or not, but I know him better than all of you, so I trust him...

Sure it kinda seems like that, but you have to understand, he's really not that kind of person. He swears he would never steal art, if you knew him you'd believe him. But you don't, so I don't see why you have to keep putting him down. He's not happy that he didn't put up the credit you know. He's been feeling so guilty about it. Just leave him be

He's a friend of mine, too, but a few weeks ago, he showed me a poem and said it was his. I had heard a lot about him stealing, so I memorized a few lines and googled it, and it turned out the poem belonged to someone else.

He's a good person - he really is. But I'm wondering why he does that.

Hisstuff isn't stolen x.x I know Evan irl, he's a good person. He'd never steal artwork. Besides, how could you explain all the same art styles? sure he has several, but that doesn't mean he stole them

Well i talked to him... he confesses they weren't his, and that he never meant for this to happen, but he says that his aunt and her friend owned a website and they were their artworks, and he just didn't put credit... Whether you believe that or not is up to you, and I find it questionable too... but I know my friend well enough to know that he would never intentionally steal anything.

You can find 13 of his "works" on the website. They were made in 2005. By a woman.

Plus, she didn't even make the pictures, I do not believe, only the wallpapers, which are not allowed on any other website other then hers.

It's easy enough actually. I recognize many of the artworks as characters from games and anime in his pieces yet he doesn't?

On top of that, there's one piece in his gallery that I KNOW is obviously stolen.

This one is just a cut and paste of an official artwork from the game Ys 6, and pasted onto a terrible background. It clashes horribly and that's pretty much what alerted me to it at first.

As for him just getting this account and having many images on his computer. It's not hard to browse the internet, saving pictures on your computer.

Well first of all, he just got this DA account... He had a lot of stuff saved on his computer. I asked him to draw my avatar on gaiaonline.com we'll see if he's a thief or not. but I believe in him. He's way too nice to do something so wrong as stealing artwork.
