That's Indonesian language. ribu means a thousand, Indonesian's currency around the world its known as IDR. Basically 700 ribu / 700 thousand / 700.000 IDR is the price of the game.

I've decided to wait for the English version. If the story is as good as you've intimated, then I don't want to blunt the impact of the first time experiencing it by not knowing what was really going on. Even if I wouldn't be able to read/understand the text/dialogue, there's still most likely situational spoilers that I'd rather encounter naturally for the first time. I guess I'm something of a purist that way. Still, though, I'm really excited! And I'm going to keep looking at battles and hopefully combo videos and non story related stuff as it comes out over the internet! <3

*o* now I must have it even more... ToV's my current fav, and I'm hoping for a US release of the PS3 version so I don't have to borrow my friends 360 everytime I want to use Judi- I mean play. o3o

Thinking about getting a Japanese version of Graces just since I'm impatient like that... I'm as interested in the semi-new battle system as I am in the story.

I love Tales combos <3 and Graces looks custom built for them |D (like ToD remake).
