It was a calm day at the beach. The sun was shining and a nice ocean breeze was going across everything around. The blue merman, known as Haru, was sleeping on the beach with his tail splashing in the waves and his head on the sand. He was sunbathing but he ended up falling asleep for feeling so relaxed. Hopefully, he doesn't end up with a sunburn.

(¥). sighs another town and another new school district?, what else? he truly missed his friends back in Domino city. just walks into the school as he bumped into someone, shit.. just his luck to bump into someone new.
"G-goman I-I didn't see you in front of me.. I really should watch where I'm walking, and not daydream about it".
(¥). just blushes embarrassingly while rubbing the back of his neck a little nervous, poor bab he's nervous about being in a new school.

(kisumi had just been minding his business as he whistled and walked to his next class. Having his head in the clouds himself, he didn't expect to be bumped into, and instantly he was brought back to reality. )
(he blinked in light surprise, then smiled and waved it off with a chuckle. )
"Ah, don't worry about it! I should have been watching where I was going myself. "
(his laid-back personality allowed him to not be upset at all. Though he did tilt his head a little noticing how embarrassed the other looked. It was somewhat amusing. )

(¥). feeling rather embarrassed about bumping into the slightly taller male in front of him, didn't know what else to say as he smiles shyly.
"I just transferred here from Japan.. so I'm a little lost I don't know this school well enough, I don't know where to go".
(¥). his face flushed with embarrassment as he gently rubbed his neck.

" oh, you're a transfer student! that explains why you look so nervous~."
( kisumi lightly teased the other as he spoke, then smiled more. Since he was a third year, it was pretty often he met new students, and most of the time, they looked pretty nervous. )
"well, are you getting around okay? Can you find all your classes and stuff? Planning on joining any clubs? "
( he didn't mean to ask so many questions, that was his way of showing he was making sure the other was feeling comfortable in the new environment. Though suddenly he realized what he had forgotten, and ran his fingers through his hair with a small sigh. )
"I'm Kisumi, by the way. Kisumi Shigino. Captain of the basketball team! "

(¥). upon hearing that his cheeks flushed a little pink blush that made him feel a little embarrassed, his amethyst eyes looks up at Kisumi with a gentle smile.
"I-I'm Yugi, Yugi Mutou I'm not really uh that athletic.. my legs are too short I can't reach the hoop from my last school, I am not used to this school and is completely lost".
(¥). being in a new environment always made him feel nervous but once he got used to it he was fine, he quickly glanced around just to make sure no one else was around.

( not surprisingly, Kisumi was just about to ask Yugi to join the school's basketball team. Classic Kisumi, constantly trying to recruit new members. However, he was beaten to it, as Yugi mentioned he was not athletic. Kisumi laughed slightly. )
" Well, that's not unusual for a transfer. How about I show you around? "
" Can't have you being late for all your classes ~ "
( he seemed to wink after saying that, though not in a flirtatious way. More in a...sneaky way, as if he had just asked Yugi to ditch with him. )

(¥). he felt the heat rising in his cheeks when he saw Kisumi winking back, feeling a little relief upon hearing that he would gladly show him around the school brought a comfort to him.
"T-that would be great Kisumi.. I-I'd really appreciate it very much, this schools a lot bigger than Domino..".
(¥). upon hearing the word Domino made him feel worse about missing home, a deep sigh could be heard coming from the young adolescent.

" ah, yeah! The campus is huge! But thats just because there's a lot to do. "
( the pink-haired male put his hands behind his head, then sort of motioned for Yugi to follow him. He truly felt like an upperclassman now acting like some sort of tour guide for the new student, but he didn't mind at all. In fact, he was excited. )
"come with me! "
" By the way, do you at least know where your locker is? "

(¥). to be honest he really hated being short as he caught up to Kisumi, the tri-colored male smiles softly as he followed the other male.
"U-uh I think it's on the main floor..".

" We've got lots of sports, like Basketball, Swimming, Tennis, Golf, Soccer... and other clubs too. Even a napping club, haha! "

( he playfully winked again, then laughed a little as if he hadn't just indirectly made fun of Yugi. His teasing was mindless but he tended to accidentally insult people sometimes. )

( once they got to a stairway, Kisumi stopped momentarily. He allowed his gaze to shift from the male beside him to up the stairway, and he pointed upwards. )
" Most of the club rooms are upstairs on the third floor. Minus most of the sports teams, of course. I think the most popular currently is the light music club. "

AND YEAH LOL like!! i am totally not an 800 episodes (and counting) type of person, right? but i watched the first episode as a parody abridge on youtube and i was really interested in the premise from a joke video that i looked into it and now im about 50 episodes in AND I GOTTA TELL YA IT HAS HELD MY ATTENTION VERY WELL and i am NOT an anime person LMAO this is the first anime that i've picked up that i actually really like
meanwhile i could never get caught up on naruto
it is honestly really good and it holds ur attention really well and keeps u captivated even when NOTHING IS GOING ON so i'd definitely recommend it LMAO

HONESTLY im sold if its that good that you can sit through so many eps then im rlly tempted to watch it myself lmao
it'll be a good change from the usual sports anime i always find myself watching hhh
I love long anime bc once im hooked I like to drag it out as much as i can LOL
and Naruto is the only long anime i've sat through before (but that took me years to finish so it may not even count smh)
plus its so easy to get me hooked on an anime
and Free is 3 seasons long !! Season 1 is 12 eps I believe, then Eternal summer is 13 eps and an OVA (which is rlly funny btw)
and then season 3 which was just released in july this year, which is 12 episodes. due for a season 4 in 2020 haha
its getting long ! Plus, there's 2 movies as well, Starting Days and Take Your Marks (though starting days is much better as it contributes to the main story), take your marks is just shorts that don't really contribute to the story but is still fun to watch if you're invested in the characters
Free honestly has a lot of emotional drama though, if you want an anime that will make you cry, this is definitally it (especially season 2 omlll)

the first episode tells u everything u need to know and even the fillers are interesting
the murder mystery cases start getting kinda repetitive after 30 but like THEY ALL STILL GOOD
