A key point to getting watchers is to search dA for people whose art you really like. get to know them and watch them. soon you'll be rolling in the watchers.

Another way would be to submit your artwork to as many groups as possible. Then more people can see your artwork.

Trust me, you're better than I am so you'll find watchers soon enough. <3
