2. Download the T-Shirt template from our submit page, and slap your design onto it.
3. Create a 100 x 100 pixel thumbnail image to go along with your design.

what are you on about anyway?
there are lots off wallpapers from bands, movies and famous people, its not like the people who made those wallpapers made the photograph they used themselves.
I just put these vice city wallpapers online so that people who like the game can use them. i did use official vice city pics to make them and they are freely available, its not like you can use the pics from the site straight away as wallpaper. i even gave the adress to the site before you posted it so there's no need to spam it all over my submissions.
now shut up kiddo , go do some more really standard and boring 3d renders
