Unfortunately, Winamp 5 can NOT support some of Tiburon's advanced features. I've been trying for some time to find a coder who's capable of taking on the project, but none are interested/able. I do have a few skins which may see the light of day on Winamp Modern, but Tiburon II is going on six months old now... not looking too good for it.
