If you look at the notes, do you see the names "GlennBeckplz" or "Sagaxus" in them? Do you see a "$" symbol in front of my username? No, obviously. I am not an admin or a moderator. I am someone who follows the rules - the same rules you violated when you thought "Hey, I should post some stolen Sonic crap on an art site!" Where's your logic and common sense?

No, the admins did. Nd seeing as how they are private, how do you know that they did? Did they say so or did you come up with that on your own. "hey told me the rules therefore they sent me those notes." There is no logic in that. For all you know, one of your deviantart buddies reported your artwork.
