question... did you do soft cell shading, lots of layers.. or how did you get that look to it?

Yeah basically, i just did basic cell shading then applied the smudge tool around the edges of each layer of shade to give it that soft look, but with the hair i just left the edges as they were :3 the background was all done with the smudge tool

Bleh. I went to sign up for school classes recently and I found out that some retard at the school forgot to activate my account...and since it was the weekend, there was nothing I could do about it. The classes were closed before I could have done anything about it, sooo I'm pretty much stuck at home for this semester too. =_=' Mainly just been helping around the house, lookin for a job n' junk.
