Thanks! It makes my day to hear news like this. I'm still working on more, I just have been doing a lot of different things, so a fourth album didn't come out this year like the previous 3 years. Not sure which I'll finish first, but I've got a 4th album of original music, an album of remixes, and an album of differently-styled (slower, more atmospheric) music in the works.

Hello. I'm working on a design for a school advert that focuses on the role of teachers and parents identifying gifted and talented students. I'd like to know if I can have your permission to use this image in the flyer.
The flyer would be distributed around my local school district.
I quite like the image and fell that it fits perfectly with the concept I have which revolves around the fact that often, these students can go un-identified within the system.

These people are in the wrong, however, as none of my works are under the license they say, and aren't to be used, remixed, or placed in commercial things for any reason. I'll probably waste 30minutes of my life contacting them about it, never hear a response, and the world will go on. Just makes me angry is all.

You didn't know when you found/grabbed/used whatever it from that site, so you can continue to use it for whatever you want. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, though.

I would like to use it as one of the pictures on the home page. But no, I wouldn't be profititing off of it. I would only be using it because it fits in perfectly with the front page. And no problem. I wouldn't want someone to go stealing my work and not giving me credit for it, and know I would certainly prefer that they ask me first, and so I figured others might feel the same about their work.

Well obviously you can submit your typefaces to the Group to get more exposure, but I'm also trying to create a genuine type community on DA. I would like to create a place where type designers can come together and talk type or get criticism on typefaces under development, and for the amateurs all the same. We also provide sources and articles so people gain more knowledge about typefaces, how to recognize their elements and how to use the typefaces or create them.
In any case, I'm glad you joined!
