I didn't get double payment. I was charged back THREE TIMES. And received all my money back for all three chargebacks.

but what you're doing is not OK. Sno-berry gave you back the $15 that you earned for a refund, and you gave her the character. Charging her $20 more is very wrong, in fact illegal. Charging her again, you could get yourself into a heavy situation with the authorities. I think that you have a wonderful gallery of artwork and you shouldn't let this stop you. a few months back i had a tracing incident. I was bullied, provoked, and sometimes i drove myself into depression. Although i completely overreacted, you have tons of watchers that would be willing to help you get back up on your feet again. Please, give Sno-berry back the money she deserves and you can go back to normal.

People's balances are in the negatives, money they use for bills and living in general. Because some brat decided to chargeback for the hell of it. You wanna save the world do it elsewhere, and stop defending someone who's constantly doing this shit to innocent people. Who will probably jump this account and restart this whole scam over again. Chargebacks add up, multiple ones can set you back hundreds.

Sinpure is literally a teenager. Even if she WAS doing this on purpose (which I don't think she is? She had a lot invested in the CS community and now she's been run out of it. The chargebacks aren't justified and there's been a lot about her attitude that bugged me in the past-- please know my roommate was out over $200 from the chargeback but we waited for the system to return it to us so we weren't touched by the second one.), there's no need to literally tear into a minor for a problem they're trying to fix. Nothing good will come from bombarding her with cruel messages. What else is she supposed to do other than try to fix the situation or direct other people how they can help themselves? Like... yeah you're mad but what do you want? ask yourself what you're trying to accomplish before calling a literal minor "the most vile scum".Β

Yeah, I do care about the other artists, some of which are friends, and it's okay to be angry, but like I said, it's an accident. I *am* angry about it and it really sucks. But she's not doing it for fun or on purpose. She is losing $20 for each transaction this happens on. I was paid back immediately last time, PLUS the $20 fee paypal took. You're ignoring the facts that I am telling you, as one of the victims, that she is not instigating these herself. I have talked on the phone with paypal personally. Saying ugly things to someone you don't know or understand is poison to you and poison to everyone else. If you weren't even involved, then why are you here? If you want to help, call paypal and tell them to protect digital content creators, as it is their fault this keeps happening. That would be helpful to all of us. Screaming insults at someone who is already guilty and stressed out is not helping me or any of the other victims. There are no proper protections in place on paypal and it takes months for them to fix these mistakes, meanwhile us artists flounder as we lose our money unexpectedly. So call them instead, please.

Well one of my good friends was affected and she lives off of every dollar she makes. It wasn't the first time she was ripped of either. And no, i am not ignoring the facts.
