I have bought five ballet prints from Bedias via this site - and they are beautiful. But I have left two messages for the artist to ask the name of the dancer : no reply. I'd really like to know! It's this guy [link] .

Okay, well you've messaged the artist about the problem, that's good.
Now, how long has it been since you purchased the prints?
If it has been an extensive amount of time, I urge you to either alert the makers of Deviant Art themselves.
Also, how did you pay for the pieces? If via e.g Paypal, did the artist acknowledge the transaction?

I bought the prints on 30 dec, and first messaged the artist (Bedias) on 3rd Jan. Paid by credit card. I have got the prints, and although the tube had been opened and one removed - a separate problem that I am fighting with the couriers (Yodel) - they are great and look really good on the wall. It's just that I'd love to have a name to go with the dancer! Oh well!

But really, that is shameful behavior from the courier service you chose. Maybe next time, choose a different courier hey?
