her hair is a washed out, whitish, light lavender.

her eye colour is naturally a deep lavender.
however, like her tattoos, they become a glowing red when she channels her power or gets pissed off/enraged.
so the eye colour you choose to use for her depends on the mood you decide to draw her in.

you don't need to worry too much about her tattoos. there are open to interpretation. the tattoos are a living entity within her and can vary in design. as long as its some sort of red throne vines running down her arms, that should be fine ^^
