I agree with you also... but it was too windy and dark believe me I tried!! lol... Th reason I loved this was for the vibrance and clarity... The black doesn't seem to be lively I'll agree, but i think it also emphasises the subject

Hi there and thanks for commenting!! I try to get as much light as possible and it seems to really make the colours and details jump out, as well as removing noise from the picture I also found that having the sky as a background really helps also

thanks for the honest comment, when i size down my images to post, they usually get unsharpened.. so i sharpen it so it fits how the image was originally.. sorry i had no control over the chromatic aberrations
