Having been through "the system" I can officially say that college is over rated.
Good, but none the less over rated
(and I might seem like a pompous %^$ for saying that, becuase I know statistically only 34% of peopel acutally graduate, and most of those are your standard middle class WASPS)

three reasons, I guess:
1) the meaning of it; siempre means 'always'
2) it's root comes from latin and is most easily recognized from the marine phrase 'semper fi'- always faithful. I have always admired the men and women who protect our nation.
3) and finally... I simply love the sound of it
