their tools are a lot better than the japanese pchat boards...(remember to select advanced before entering a room or you'll get the crappy tools)
just sign up and choose a room! And you can draw/chat with others
There are two layers in this pchat, and you can choose the top or bottom layer by clicking "layers" on the side bar.
...however, make sure that you 1) don't draw over/erase anyone else's drawing (although accidents do happen...) and 2) erase your drawing before leaving the room.
/I like to draw really big even though other people get annoyed bahahaha
Other than that, pchat is just like drawing on your computer! Draw whatever you want~ It's great for making new friends and collabs!
