my first choice for a Sinestro Corp member was also evangeline.
But then I changed her because i thought she'd already be too powerful(like giving superman or wonderwoman... or worse BATMAN a power ring) not to mention she wouldn't need it.
So i change her to someone... not really fearful by "herself" but annoying... annoying enough to strike fear with mearly uttering two words (two hiragana to be specific)
