Yes, thats correct. We've had some problems in aquiring the correct documents. So its too difficult to get them. ( because i'm a foreigner here ) And i cant get time off work to travel to Manila to sort it out.
But besides that, we've also had many problems with our relationship. So i decided that now isnt a great time. I dont want to rush into something that cant be undone. So i'd rather be cautious and make the right decision.
