Try an art or craft and hobby store. The brand my wife uses is liquitex gloss medium and varnish and they also have matte medium where you don't want any shine. But any acrylic gloss works just as well to seal and add shine. Make sure it's for acrylics.

Haha, I just wanted to tell you that you helped me a lot this weekend.

I am sure you remember how you wrapped up the Dollmore Group order (your first one) a few months back. Well I used that ribbon to tame my rather unrulely hair for a party I was going to. If it wasn't for you my hair would have been a mess!!!
