Yeah, I saw your comment in that journal and came here.   Your art is really good, but there's a bunch of reasons why you're not getting many watchers:

1. You don't have a lot of art.  Not having enough art in your gallery is a reason some people won't watch you even if they like you.  They might feel like you're not an active account.
2. Your subject matter is niche, landscapes are not particular popular (outside of a few really popular deviants) on deviantArt.  I actually follow quite a few industry level artists here who post their sci-fi concepts and landscapes and they don't have a lot of watchers either.
3. You don't advertise yourself.

1 and 2 are very much tied with #3.   DeviantArt is so big now that your art is just going to get lost in the sea of other art, specially when you don't have a fandom or gimmick to attach your art to.  Sci-fi/Fantasy landscapes can definitely be popular, like ryky.deviantart.com/gallery/  you just have to make it appeal to the kind of audience that frequents deviantArt.

Also, you need to submit your art to groups.  If you don't do anything you won't get any traction on deviantArt.  Llamas are another good way to get people to check out your art.   Of course, doing these 2 things will require some time put into marketing your art that you may feel isn't worth it.   Once you hit a certain threshold of watchers you'll notice you'll be passively gaining watchers even without doing any kind of marketing.   That may take a while though.

So if you're really interested in getting a decent amount of watchers you'll have to do these things, or go advertise yourself in the forums, but deviantArt is not a site where you can just post good art and get views/watchers anymore.

Thanks a lot for the advice it really summarized important things I feel I was too late to realize. Currently I'm starting to work as a UX/UI designer so I might not have time and energy to go after Concept/Environment artist career as much. Anyways, I want to thank you for the advice and I will at least try to utilize it the best way possible whenever I can. Thanks!

Read your comment from This is why you (and your art) get ignored. , I can relate man. Only advice I can give you is to join groups and post your art in them.
