um, this is going to be weird, but. . . would you perhaps be able to give me some advice for a tattoo? i was wondering if you knew if it were at all possible to successfully get a tattoo on the achilles' heel part of the foot? if you don't know, i'm sorry to bother you.

well you can do that but itll probably have a very hard time healing, in which case, some of the ink will probably come out and the tattoo won't look very nice. that being said, a good artist should be able to help you out regardless, and if it's tattooed properly, that should minimize the ink loss.
