Private life issues... are annoying but if anything I rarely vent about them online (except that recent vent picture). And DA, something absurd happened here that actually... I'm hurt, honestly. I never did anything wrong or was ever mean to anyone, but somehow I was thrown into the bigger picture of a drama I had absolutely no part in and had to suffer for it. I left that group and... surprise, surprise, no-one gives a damn (which proves that I am right: they were lying to me when they said they'd care about me). I hope I can focus now on my group instead, because things are peaceful there. (hope there will be more entries for the current themes)

O hi. I'm still here. Though not often. Funny thing I haven't been here for few months and went in to check on things just this week and here You are. How peculiar ^^

I've been focused on my work and my writting for the most part. I heven't done much drawing, I have few things that I ought to add to y gallery for some time now. Oh my God 9 years. Damn that's long.

Congratulations on finishing college   Don't worry about the job, I couldn't find work in my field of expertise for over a year and a half, but eventually I got something. So will You, don't sweat it. I had my job for over a year, I've been laid off just before Christmas so that was a nice new year bummer, but on the other hand it was starting to really drain me. I was working for 8hours and it took me almost two hours to get there, so for 12 hours I was away from home. It was getting to me, so I wasn't mad.

Since last year, I've concentrated my attention on the silly story about mine and my friends OC (I have about 160 pages), that is mostly why I'm drawing less. I hope, against evidence so far collected, that I will manage to get more art-active. I have some drawings that aren't in my dev gallery, and they will be, soon... sooooooon

Are You working on some new adoptables or maybe something else? I did some OC drawings so I might doodle something unrelated just for kicks, I think there's going to be a tastefully nude lady and flowers, yes definitely flowers. I feel like drawing flowers

Ohhh that would be really nice! But to be honest though, I'm still not sure what kind of job I specifically want. All I know is that I want it to be art-related. I used to like graphic design, but during the last years of college, I ended up not giving a damn about it anymore and it even started to annoy me..
But oml, 12 hours?? I'd die.
In the end, you didn't get mad and it did make things easier for you right? So no loss there. //thumbs up

Ah, that's totally understandable and you should definitely add your art to your gallery!
You can even add parts of your story as well if you want. Like part 1, then part 2, etc.   

At the moment, yes! I'm working on new adopts and at the same trying to draw something as a birthday gift for a friend, which is making me panic a bit, because their birthday is just in about 2-3 days, omgeee.. orz
I've already started though, I'm just being pathetically lazy.

I got a job... not a real job but I like it so far (I'm helping an old work mate witch his projects). And I've been to Pyrkon (the bigest fantasy convention in Poland) it was awesome.

How about You? How did the birthday gift go? Did You manage to finish it, whenever I plan something like this I end up doing something tottaly less awesome and on the day before. I'm terrible at it.
I saw Your new art, the character is so cool it remindes me of the fish lady from the game 'undertale'.

The projects are mainly small houses, I help out with the architectural drawings. He is well organised and a nice guy so working with him is a good experience for me. Today I haven't heard from him yet so until he does I plan spending the day on finishing fev of my drawings, I already have three to submit (but there will be lots of writting involved and I don't know if I have it in me today to write the descriptions).

It's been my fourth time on Pyrkon, It's awesome. I go for the people, You can really be yourself and have lots of fun. You can meet so many fantastic people, and I mean really see them not as guarded as people usually are on day to day life. There are hordes of wacky cosplayers that you can hug, or if you are a cosplayer You will get hugged to death. Photos taken everywhere, short films being made, planned or wild meetings on the squares from different fandoms. And what makes me super happy there are all kinds of people, mostly college and highshool students but also older people and families with small kids. Some families make a group cosplay and it's so awesome.
I'm not into cosplay but I still have loads of fun. There are meetings with writers and game makers, people from the fantasy buisnesses. Students and professors giving lectures on different stuff, on Pyrkon we have even a very good English panel (I've been on one of the lectures, there were four writers talking about making a debut, it was fantastic). There is a whole building with people selling awesome arts and crafts and loads of stuff from anime, TV shows and games. There is food (expensive but nom nom) and enormous place for people to sleep (we rented a room in the town though, there was many of us so we could split the bill and my friends cosplays needed time to prepare).
This year I bought loads of stuff (before I never did that) because this year the prices were so much better that in the previous years.
I bought a keychain for my friend Aidanna, I got a small tottoro plushie and a keychain from Iisjah (I didn't get her anything, she couldn't find anything for herself), a metal ring, decorated in Celtic motives for my sister Klitamnestra , a t-shirt for me, my man and my brother Eranwel and two killer linen bags.

O my gosh, that was too long. Anyway if You have a convent somewhere You could travel to (we go from Gdansk Poland to Poznan Poland, by train) find some info about it to know is it something for You, and check it out. I think it's good to go with someone so You won't get overwhelmed or lost.

And don't sweat the gift thing, I do it all the time. I'm good at planning, execution... not so much. But maybe don't scrap it do it when You have time and boom, You have a gift for next year

I confess I did not play Undertale, but I watched a very cool play threw, and I am happy that I did, because it was awesome and I probably would never play it myself and since it got popular there has been scores of people cosplaying the game (my friends did it last year). If You have it try it out it's sweet and quirky, sometimes it's quite hard (it would be impossible for me, I have no hand to eye coordination).

xD No problem with the response time, You managed to answer in the same year so considering it's us we are talking about here it is a very speedy response
Besides when I uploaded it and I saw the monumental wall of text I just spew out I was like: 'O damn! This shit looks scary! Like homework!'
I knew it might take You some time to build up energy and will considering how long it was

The life stuff, I kind of get to the same place from time to time, and I know getting out is not easy. You have to find the things You want to live for and hold on to them. Give Yourself little gifts from time to time. Start with the small stuff like ice creams or something like that. I overcame one of these times simply by finding a new ice cream place and going there, buying myself a mountain of ice cream and going for a walk. 
If You can't get Yourself out of bed read (avoid binge watching anything when You feel down, it detaches You, makes it harder to pull threw, and I do speak from experience). But the most important is to try inspire Yourself. Search for things that make You happy.

About the convention, maybe there would be a local dev meet? You could meet some cool, new people? Ask around. On Pyrkon there was one and over 30 people attended. That could be a nice start.

I've been working on a very frustrating project lately, it has been over three weeks and I haven't been paid yet... and they are still sending it back, making me do stupid changes  If I see it one more time in my mail I'll go crazy

That year on my B-day I got fired, but I was too busy to care about it. There wasn't time for a party, and Christmas was just around the corner. I'm too old for it to bother me but if it was 10 years earlier I'd be so pouty and displeased with the world like there's no tomorrow xD
