My name is Devon, but please call me Owlie. I'm 21 years old, and have a love/hate relationship with that fact. I spend a lot of my free time online since I enjoy being at home with my fiance, pets, and occasional friends when they are free. I spend that time playing Neopets, and BeastKeepers. I also dabble in rustic furniture design although until I have more money, can only afford tools for lamps and such. I love living in Maine, especially with it being so secluded. I raise white homing pigeons and twelve white pullets for eggs. I hope to start a successful vegetable garden so that I can get the hell away from store bought stuff. Uhmm oh and I love the color purple (:

My life is not usual, and slightly depressing. I have lost a lot of family in the past three years, and watching my mom slip away from early onset Alzheimers. It's not easy, and has made me pretty numb to some things but I don't often show it. I'm not afraid or get upset talking about these things, I learned to get numb pretty fast when my dad died.
