Wow man... I'm looking around and it seems Like S.D.L. is dead.... I mean I know some people do the artfight thing... but what happened????
the saddest part is as an Idea... Samurais fighting and league like sports... it could've made you alot of money as a comic, cartoon and Media idea...
No offense... I was one of the first people to see the thing form before it turned into what it did...
honestly Jason... I'm surprised and sad how something that IMHO if worked on and written and drawn for hard enough could have become huge I.P.

yeah i like to visit friends from time to time to see what they're up to. I dropped facebook, twitter and DA a few months ago to focus on the kids and less art stuff. But i find that i have a lot of friends in DA and i don't think i can just run away from them at all.

I live on FB and dA... But networking has made some aspects of my art really improve. And I find that family demands are growing fewer as the children get older. It's good that you not abandon any aspect of your life, but rather seek to find balance.
I just left the SDL Group the other day, to help focus my activities on dA, fitting more with what I do mostly, rather than each nuance. I've never dueled once, and it just seemed appropriate to exit quietly.
Glad to have you visit though, and miss seeing your amazing work get posted. I hope all is well, and you are enjoying the peace and quiet. Happy Holidays!

Great dude! Nice of you to remember me. Been teaching the kids more than anything else. Real hard work. Had to devote massive time almost thought of quitting my job just to care for them. Dunno yet when i'll go back to doing art. Kinda depressing as is if you look at it that way. But we're still kicking it.
