hey, how do you change your art into cartoon? Ive never been able to draw on the computer and i dont have a tablet. Your cartoon ones look really good! How do you do it?

Oh, I don't own a tablet either. don't be discouraged because you don't own one.
I use Paint Tool Sai (:
I always draw the image out by hand, scan it, and then "cartoonize" it (or digitally work on) on the program. I use the mouse instead (:
Using the mouse may sound difficult at first, but I actually find drawing it out by hand and then using the mouse is easier for me.
