format as in jgp or png, that type of thing?
if thats it than you can change it by opening it up and simply saving it in a different format

oh okay i didn't know it was an animation

you have to have an animation program like jasc animation shop 3 or something like that
open the icon up in there and save it as a gif image
gif usually works with everything

yea, i tried that, but the thing is that they are different frames put together to make a moving picture, so if i save it, it will only save as one frame.....im really sorry this is really confusung Sweating a little... but ive been trying to figure out how to do this forever and then i saw your icons, so i thought you might know how....because your icons are awsome!
