Why is Blaziken only one form?

It's a gift Pokemon and there is no place for breeding so no way to get the pre-evos.

I see... Although it could have worked to have it start as a Combusken despite that. Even if it is a human to begin with, they are still capable of evolving as pokemon.

Well it's mispelled name refers to itself who's name is Blaze and is kin to one of the people you meet in the area who introduces you to Blazekin. And I wanted it to be treated as a human taking on the form of a Pokemon, not a complete Pokemon with stages.
