I'm glad you agree. 

The Simpsons got stale about five years ago for me.  I don't even watch the Treehouse of Horror anymore, and that was one of the most original things about the series.

Yes, I too have stopped watching the new seasons from the last 3-4 years, by now the themes of episodes have become shoddy....the fact is that fans do not want to accept the idea that the show has come to an end, when in fact they know it, but do not want to admit it, even the authors know this, but still continue to keep it alive when it is no longer appropriate, but they do it only for a matter of money!

Exactly.  The well has gone dry, but no one is admitting it.

I mean, how many times can we watch Bart get into trouble, or Homer go crazy over donuts, or Lisa try and change her family? 

It's all been done to death, and I wish the show would die already.

Feh. I'm disappointed too. And the Avengers sequel isn't until next year!!!

I tried to watch the latest Iron Man movie, but I could only take so much of Robert Downey Jr. before I walked out on it.

He's fine in an ensemble movie, but doing it by himself is just too much for me.

Iron Man 3 is very mixed bag, all I liked was the FX & Stark's snarks. Otherwise it's very 70s action crap & far too clichéd, even though I liked the twist that The Mandarin was just an actor 'from Croydon', hahahaha.

Didn't stick around for that. But I figured that he was just as guilty as the actual guilty party, because he didn't rat the guy out at any point; he just kept taking his money.

Loki needs his own movie.
