i'm thinking of going to UCSD and becoming a History major

First off, if you aren't sure what major you want just enter as a random one, DO NOT ENTER UNDECLARED! Also if your school has a community service requirement try to finish it all in your first 2 years.
Outside of that, don't try to do everything, it isn't possible and will burn you out, but try to experience as much as you can. Β Let go of your previous expectations of people, because this is a whole new group from many different back grounds, and most of all think about what you want and what will make you happy.
