why did you change from a style of art that can be more lucrative then tradional art?

Im just curious i did other way around. I stufied in art, fabric designer, multimedia and graphic artist to becom a pastry chef after falling in love with chocolate

I actually spent some time in a commercial kitchen working with pastry, and I ended up really not liking the environment. I like baking leisurely and for a hobby I suppose, plus I am bad with stress and the hours were tough.

I've always had my hands in art, whether it be drawing, photography, and now clay. It's not a job for me now - I get excited when I have to get to "work" on a new commission.

So, yes, the pay will be awful in comparison, but at least I'll be enjoying what I do.

yeah for sure and it all depend how much things you can sell and how much you got a spend on loans electricy and all the things that we need to pay for living. Me it rough because im the only money income so i got a sell some artistics things that sell good. So far for me it was more in chocolate creations then photos or my painting.

My husband makes enough for us to live comfortably, so for now I can focus on my art. I've just gotten to the point where my business can support itself.

I'm from Florida myself. Your english is fine. I wish I could write in French better. My husband is from France and over the years I've been able to understand it a bit. I'm actually working on learning it so I can be fluent.

Nice wish i would have a wife with some income lol but it ok i will do a ok job to be able to pay for my fun income in the house.

I can help you out on the french it tougher then english way more structural for sentences

Verb conjugation is what trips me up the most. I think learning to write it will be even worse. XD I asked my husband to start conversing with me more in French once I've learned a bit more. I think the constant practice at home will help quite a bit.
