oh gosh, I'm terrible at pricing, myself. but after the many many icons I've commissioned-- and considering the quality of your work, I'd say $8-10 is a fair price for a static (motionless) icon, or $15+ for one with blinking/minor animations? it's really up to you, though, I'm not one to try haggling or shorting an artist for their hard work and the value they think a piece is worth :>
.... at  the very least, I would pay that much for something so lovely~
I do hope you'll consider taking commissions at some point-- if you feel like taking it on, I'll commission a few from you so you can have examples for a comm journal!!

i think that's fair pricing ! i have tried animating so i believe i could do a few simple animations no problem :0 ! i'll start commissions for these since i finish them pretty quickly ~ feel free to commission me whenever i'd love to have some examples when i release them to the public <33 !! thanks for the compliments
