Well, to put this in an easy way, it's alright to ask anyone to comment or review your works in dA. Just try not to push it to other people who might not be interested in something. Some people like fanarts more than fanfictions around here.

Yeah, no new boss characters to be exact. But Alpha-152 is still be a big boss for the series this time.
About the game story, it is quite decent with a very interesting insight for each individual characters that contributes to the main story and also the side stories. People praised the game for having the new MK-styled story mode approach rather than making pointless endings for various male and female characters which don't have anything to do with the main plot.
However, I think it's too short and quite explanatory when it comes to reveal the agendas of Kasumi and the Mugen Tenshi Ninjas and Helena and the new DOATEC's motives in their conflict. Also, the fighting scenes in every cutscene is very redundant and very illogical when it's being put in plot wise to continue the quest. Is this somehow the way the characters greet each other in a fighting game, which is fight to the death?

For young Takeru, I think a replacement voice actress will have to do for now. Consider the previous one just an once-in-a-lifetime experience work.
However I'm sure BAMCO will do something about getting the voice actors/actress back to record their lines, especially for Yamato, Sora and Koushirou. With the help of Toei and the various voice talent agencies, they should track down their seiyuus as soon as possible and hopefully they're still active.

Indeed. Though the option of using voice banks from retired/deceased seiyuus would be easier, it seems to be so low-standard in terms of game production value.
In my opinion, anniversary games like these should have all people from the anime involved in recreating this masterpiece of a RPG game, be it the directors, producers, seiyuus or scriptwriters.

2 years of skip, if I read the synopsis correctly. However, don't you find it ironic that he has a different voice sounding this time around while the female characters in his age still sound the same or gets de-aged game after game.
As for Donovan, I think it's pretty obvious that he is Genra, who started the conflict between the Ninjas and DOATEC. So I believe that he will debut as a fighting character and a final boss character.
