i dont go on DA much anymore, but all i can say is that you can't make raster images bigger without losing image quality

you can make them smaller, and if they're blurry afterwards you can sharpen them, but you can't make them bigger

also idk what program you're using but of course dont use paint for resizing images

It's easy enough. Save them to your computer and remove them. No need to sit and upload them to another site beforehand. It only provides more time to report you.

Man, seriously, he said those weren't HIS OWN WORK in the first place but renders.
If you look around on DA, you'll notice there are people claiming renders or recolored artworks for their own work. So, no offence, why don't you White Knight on those?

You seem to have misconstrued the lingo you are nonchalantly throwing around. You are the whiteknight, because you are the one not only saying essentially 'who cares about the rules', trying to silence someone who follows those rules, and supporting theft.

As for saying it doesn't belong to him, that's absolutely wonderful! He's admitting to art theft right there on the image! Makes for easier bans. It doesn't matter if you say you didn't make it/found it online/not yours/etc, it still violates several rules of this site to post anything you didn't create.

Yes, there are many other people who break the rules. I am merely one person. Don't worry your pretty little head though, they will get their due. What I see is what I report, with fair warning. Would you rather I simply reported this person with no warning and have them freak out and continue to break the rules by re-uploading images after they were removed? I think not.

If they truly want to post things that they have no ownership of, they can go to a site such as photobucket, flickr, or tumblr.

Please do not come back at me with some foolish half-knowledge, you are attempting to fight a battle that isn't yours and never was. If you can provide a counter-argument, I welcome it. Now, if you are done failing miserably at being a whiteknight, I bid you good day.

Not only I didn't said "who cares about the rules", about you totally missed the point.

If you bother, you'll notice he said that those picture are all renders he EXTRACTED from the game, and gave credit and copyrights to the original source, aka Namco Bandai.

Seriously, he didn't broke any rule at all. You should try to put your efforts in something actually helpfull, alas, bother someone else who steal other people work's for real.

Also, while I was trying to be polite, I see you thorwing back offences and such. And as a Tales Of fan, this "was my battle."

I did not say you said that exactly. Beating around the bush would be a better term. Points were not missed, they were duly noted and refuted with knowledge.

Like I said before, crediting is still art theft, no matter how the image(s) came about. He did not create the image, the game creator did. He took the image from the game, someone else's hard work. I suggest familiarizing yourself with the rules. My "efforts" are nonexistent. It's not that hard to learn what you can and can't do. Spotting someone who is indeed breaking said rules is a piece of cake.

Let's get something clear. Offense not offence. And no, just because you are a fan, it does not automatically become your battle. However, that's the whiteknight's mentality, so I suppose it should be expected. And there was never any drama, you simply decided to attempt to ruffle my feathers by interjecting yourself where you were not needed in the first place.
