Hi! I'm not sure what you mean by "kind of art" but if you are asking about the materials it was made with, I painted it with watercolor. Then, I adjusted the colors in photoshop.

I will do a tutorial on the eyes when I have time, but for now, here's a step by step
1) Draw in the top eye lid. Add some lashes
2) Draw in the bottom eye lid by adding in some shorter lashes. Don't draw a line to connect them
3) Draw in the irises and the pupil.
4) Color in the iris with a base color.
5) Color in the top of the iris with a slightly darker color because of the shadow from the top eyelid.
6) Add a shine near the pupil with Photoshop or a white gel pen.
