Yes I am old now, aching a little and forgetting things.
You're a hard man to track down but I found some old MBs you posted on and such. Saw that you did some art for something called 'Hit' but like all the "Never mind the comics" stuff the links are all dead.
I'm working at Rolls-Royce nowadays building and burning Engine Manual CDs.... crazy boring... only recently got back to writing and stuff but I'm writing Anime / Manga reviews for a magazine called Neo now.
It's an extra £40 - £50 a month for 200 - 300 words, mebbe it'll lead on to more down the road, for now it's good beer money.
How about you then? I see you're art seems to have changed focus a bit.

just been expelled from college
not an art college just edinburgh's most underachiving college, bottom of the ranking system community college
and just in the process of taking them to court for wasting the last three years
so that explains the lack of anything decent here, but now that college is over, I hope to get back to doing stuff that I like
teaching myself photography, bit like yourself, hope it will be a source of extra pennies
think all the older work is on my old mac broken in the loft
but will try and find stuff
(mind you need to get the court case out of the way first before any art)
did some work for an american "company" pencils & inks for a blatant Conan/LotR ripp-off
but they went the way of most internet ppl and dissapeared when the comic was due to be published
mind you I reckon that I'd feel best doing all the art from now on
save having to let others make a mess of it, they looked liked they'd coloured it in with crayon lol! americans!

Bastards, did they give you a reason for expelling you, I know how expensive that stuff can be, bit of a piss take for them to just chuck people out like that.
I've been trying to teach myself better photography as of thepast few months as I went a bought a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ7 to use, It's lovely, not a DSLR or anything but the perfect thing for me to learn with.
I upload my photos to Picasa ( [link] ) but might upload some of the better / more 'arty-farty' ones here at some point.
It probably was coloured with crayons knowing the internet peeps, at least they tried though.
I need to upload a bunch of stuff here (colours, writing, photos) then I need to get busy making more... damn lethargy...

like usual i have been offline for the summer holidays (beginning of july - september 29th) and it was the worst news i read when i came back.
i had the feeling that more and more new members registered and brought back some new wind into the forum.
do you think greg really let the site die because of the "hacker attack" (if there even was any)???

I didn't actually get to see the hacks, but when I visited the site it was down on a few occasions. I think they both got fed up with it happening, john tried a relaunch, but it kept getting hit.
you can still get in touch with Greg & John at the same email address and the yahoo site is still up.
the only pic's I managed to get was a page from Creech II that wasn't used, and some digital spawn work, do you have them?
if not, let me know, I can always put them in my scraps folder for you to see first.
it might be worth emailing john and seeing if he'll mail out the stuff from the update.

Thanks for the comment. It's weird. I did that thing about 3 yrears ago but it seems to be my most popular deviation for some weird reason.
I sort of like it but it's by no means professional, not even close. It was probably the fastest, least thought about thing I've ever done.
