You go up to the top bar at the very top of the page, and hover over submit and then submit art :3
Then on that page you just upload the picture you wanna post, write a description, title it, put it in a category, etc etc

hm... i might just hafta jerry-rig something... upload to facebook from my ipod, download onto computer, upload from there... pain in the ass, to be sure, but i really want to put some stuff up, finally.

how does it work for stories, poems, etc?

You go to submit art, and then instead of "Upload File" there's a button that says "add text" and you copy and paste :3
