I don't find anything wrong with using bases. Just cause I watch Solar Sands doesn't mean I have to listen to what he says about bases at least I don't recolor and claim it as my own and put some sort of effort into my drawings. Just because a youtuber I watch doesn't like bases doesn't mean I have to stop using them. Plus I don't use bases all the time. I am currently working on a new style so I won't have to use bases anymore. I don't like the circle tool head style and prefer a different one. Until that time I will use bases.
