theres a big difference between physical addiction and mental addiction. you can not be physically addicted to marijuana but you can be mentally addicted to ANYTHING (which seems true about you and this website), it all depends on the person. anyways if you want to call it dangerous id like to see some credible sources of any damage it can do to someone, because it cant. Also you seem to be against the fact that its illegal, so i guess if this upcoming november ballot on legalizing it in california passes then your views are invalid.

I never said it belonged to me and I do believe I declared it to be in fair use, which in turn means that I do not need any permission from the original artist.
I was not aware though that the original artist of the design was on dA. I have gladly put up a link to the work that you gave me.
Also, the image I used was also just a preview image for some .psd files that don't even contain one pixel of the cat.

that means you didnt claim fair use
every pixel except the type is still stolen and posted without permission
its really not worth it when the out-come could be being banned from da and sued for it aswell
