OOps I meant that If Sai(the actual painting program) doesn't open you right click on the sai icon that's located on your desktop. Then click run as administrator. //Sorry of this is confusing

Well tell her to go to the website of sai (There should be a fanmade one with the english stuff) and you download :IΒ
It's probably a zip file so you unzip it. Then you go into the Sai folder. Find this thing called "sai.exe" You click that then you install . If it doesn't open the first time you install it. Right click the icon on your desktop and click "run as administrator "Β
