dude i totally have tried and im clueless how to get it to the small specifics they want...help?

all you do is get on photoshop and set your crop thingie to 50X50....then save it....then open it in a smaller program like viewer or something...and save it uner that smaller program....make sure its resolution is 72 pixels.....Im not sure if that text book...but it worked for me...and Im not computer savvy at all...you might ask someone with a little more "know how"...lol....but try it
