Static Shock Episode Twenty Four (aka Jimmy) AU Questions: If Jimmy Osgood had shot Richie Foley in the head and Richie end up in a coma for a LONG time, how bad would things be for Virgil Hawkins/Static if he can't get his help when it comes to stopping bad guys and gals?

Well from a battle point of view it could be bad, but then Static is a bit more seasoned as a hero by this point. But from a support standpoint it could be very bad. Richie before being gear was Virgil's eyes and ears when he wasn't around, his best friend, and his alibi. Without him Virgil would need new ways to cover for himself. He'd have fewer people he could talk to about what's happening which could cause a feeling of isolation.

Static Shock Episode Thirty Eight (Flashback) AU Questions: If Ebon never saw Static going to the Dakota City park to see Gear and Timezone (a.k.a. Nina Crocker) and, after seeing how well Gear's remote works, the three heroes went back in time to a few hours BEFORE the Dakota gang riots started (which happened about five years ago), would they had succeeded in stopping them from happening? If they did, what would be the result in them changing the past?

Perhaps Vergil's mom might be still alive. But then it's possible even though this Gang riot is unrelated to the Big Bang it might have resulted in Vergil not becoming Static in some odd twist. Time travel is an odd thing to play with so one never knows how one action can/not cause another. Maybe Vergil could have gone down the wrong path even. Because of his mother's death he has a dislike of guns, but what if she didn't die?

If they did, what would the teen heroes do now that they're normal again?

Well given Virgil and Richie weren't really fighters before I doubt it because they were regularly bullied by characters like Hotstreak and Ebon and Shiv would most likely have street fighting experience because of their gang history. Most likely Virgil and Richie would devote more time to their civilian lives unless they found a way to regain their powers later. Virgil could give more time going out with Daisy etc.

Static Shock Episode Fifty Two AU Questions: Do you see Virgil gaining a super powered suit from Batman that can generate, absorb and discharge electricity and control metal? Also, do you see Richie creating a suit of his own so that he can easily fight crime sort of like he used to (in this scenario)?

Well in that case Virgil doesn't even need to visit batman. I'm sure the guy who was once Soul Power's sidekick (Sparky) can create a similar suit or equipment if needed. This would be possible sense that's what he did. Richie is another case because without his "power" it is shown that he cannot retain all that knowledge. To the point his already built equipment wouldn't work for him either. I'm not even sure batman could really help at that point and time. Perhaps in the Batman Beyond years, but not in the present time of the series. I think Richie would have to learn to do things the old fashioned way.Β
