By the way, I've called her 水竜 亡巫, Minatatsu Namiko. Her family name, Minatatsu, means "water dragon".

From a distance it looks like legit ZUN art. But on close up, the colours are way too grainy. I think I may have to save it in .jpg a few times so I can give it a good hard raep.
